The care of your child during their time at school is paramount to us. We have a team  who are dedicated to ensuring your child is happy and well cared for. The Pastoral team is headed by the Deputy Head Pastoral Mrs Penelope Bowers and is made up of:
Miss Sharon Clingham –Pastoral Head for Years 7, 8, 9
Mrs Dulcie Herne Pastoral Head for Years 10,11,12,13

The Pastoral team is assisted by the PSHCE Co-ordinator and the Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties Coordinator.
On entry to the school all students are placed in a Form Class and assigned a Form Tutor who is responsible for the general care of students during the day. Each Year group has a Year Head to assist with Pastoral duties.
The school does not tolerate incidents of bullying, racial prejudice or any behaviour that may be upsetting in any way. We have a behaviour policy and an anti bullying policy and we regularly review these.
